Amanda Tillman

Ms. Tillman initially joined McDonnell, Adels & Klestzick, PLLC as an associate in 2011, becoming a partner in 2022. As an associate, Ms. Tillman handled all phases of litigation and insurance coverage issues for several insurance carriers. After relocating to Florida, Ms. Tillman practiced with a real estate firm and became involved in all aspects of real estate transactions. Subsequently, she opened her own practice, where she handled a multitude of areas of property law and exclusively represented one of the largest private real estate development firms in the United States on their Florida condominium acquisitions platform.

Prior to joining McDonnell, Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, Ms. Tillman served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, NY, where she handled misdemeanor and felony cases. She presented numerous cases to the grand jury and worked in the Narcotics Bureau, where she primarily litigated drug-related offenses. Ms. Tillman returned to MAK Law as a partner to manage and oversee our Florida office, focusing her practice on all matters relating to nursing homes and long-term care facilities
