
Mrs. Gordineer joined McDonnell Adels and Klestzick, PLLC, in 2009, using her unique insight as a former Appellate Court Attorney to handle appeals on behalf of some of the largest insurance carriers in the Nation. In addition, she has successfully litigated numerous complex matters involving insurance fraud. She conducts examinations under oath to determine whether the reported losses are intentionally caused to defraud the insurance carriers.
Previously, as an Appellate Court Attorney for the Appellate Division, Second Department, Mrs. Gordineer conducted extensive legal research, prepared preliminary reports and confidential memoranda with recommendations as to how the court should rule, and drafted decisions for the court. Mrs. Gordineer also worked in the private industry conducting complex corporate transactions and providing litigation support and was Of Counsel to a no-fault collections firm.
