
Ms. Kipnis has been with McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, since 1996, managing an extensive caseload involving insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, personal injury, no-fault, and premises liability litigation. She handles all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including intake, pleadings, motion practice, declaratory judgments, drafting detailed litigation strategies for clients, client deposition preparation, conducting depositions and examinations under oath, court conferences and oral argument of motions, arbitration hearings, mediation hearing, framed issue hearings, and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Kipnis was previously associated with Rivkin Radler & Kremer, representing large pharmaceutical companies in complex DES litigation matters and numerous insurance companies in a myriad of defense matters, including personal injury litigation, labor law, product liability, premises liability, and property damage.
