Mr. Ryan joined McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, as an associate in 1995 becoming a partner in 2010. Mr. Ryan has focused on insurance coverage issues and litigation/arbitration, including fraudulent claims and caused loss investigation, subrogation, liability, No-Fault and Supplemental Uninsured Motorist – Underinsured Motorist coverage and litigation. He has conducted hundreds of Examinations Under Oath of claimants and healthcare providers to assess various coverage issues. Mr. Ryan handles all aspects of defense litigation representing the insureds in the area of automobile accident and premises liability, handling cases through the litigation, as well as arbitrations, mediations and framed issue hearings.
Mr. Ryan previously was an associate at Rivkin, Radler & Kremer, as well as Alio, Ronan, Kesnig & Ritzert, where he specialized in uninsured motorist coverage, insurance coverage disputes and personal injury litigation on behalf of insurance carriers.
