Ms. Linwood has been with McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC since 1999 and has been a junior partner with the firm since 2004, handling all aspects of insurance defense litigation and coverage matters including personal injury, dental malpractice, premises liability, products liability and labor law. Ms. Linwood conducts examinations under oath of injured parties and medical providers suspected of fraud and handles all aspects of complex arbitration and affirmative litigation resulting from illegal schemes and criminal enterprises.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Linwood was a trial attorney for several respected firms handling personal injury matters focusing in labor law, construction law, premises liability, products liability, as well as commercial and automobile litigation.
