Ms. Adels founded McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, P.L.L.C. with Patrick McDonnell, Esq. in 1995. Since then the Firm has been at the forefront of litigating coverage issues, no-fault issues, fraudulent claims, intentional losses, staged accidents, as well as other insurance-related matters. Ms. Adels has also successfully litigated numerous complex matters involving insurance fraud and liability issues, including reimbursement and declaratory judgment actions and has conducted numerous seminars for clients and professional groups concerning personal injury fraud and coverage issues, defense litigation, and New York Civil Practice.
Ms. Adels previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County. Thereafter Ms. Adels became a partner at another Long Island law firm where for ten years she supervised a group of attorneys and paralegals engaged in personal injury and defense litigation. She has litigated a wide variety of cases including malpractice, labor law, premises liability, automobile accident, property damages, and intentional acts.
