Mr. Giordano has been with McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, P.L.L.C. since 2007 and has successfully litigated numerous complex matters of suspected unlicensed ownership of medical professional corporations through the commencement of affirmative litigation in both State and Federal courts. In addition, Mr. Giordano handles matters of corporate and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Giordano practiced law in the corporate department of a large international law firm in New York.
