Mr. Klestzick joined McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC as an associate in 2000, becoming a partner in 2005. He has been a litigator since 1991. He has tried hundreds of cases in various counties, including New York County, Kings County, Queens County, and Westchester County in both lower courts and supreme courts.
Some of the cases that Mr. Klestzick tried were reported in the prestigious New York Jury Verdict Reporter.
Prior to joining McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, Mr. Klestzick was a partner in a personal injury law firm located in Kings County, at which time Mr. Klestzick was trial counsel for three prominent personal injury law firms. From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Klestzick was a Senior Trial Associate with Robert P. Sweeney & Associates, staff counsel for State Farm. From 1991 through 1994, Mr. Klestzick was associated with Jacobowitz, Spessard, Garfinkel & Lesman, staff counsel for AIG.
