Michael Eder

Mr. Eder joined McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC as an intern in 2015 and became an associate in 2018. He has litigated hundreds of personal injury, insurance fraud, and insurance coverage cases between New York and Florida. 

Prior to becoming an associate at McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, Mr. Eder was a judicial intern for the Hon. Jack B. Weinstein in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. After several years of litigation in New York, Mr. Eder was an associate of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., litigating personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing-home defense, municipal party defense, and other insurance defense cases in Florida.
