Joann Lanza

Ms. Lanza has been an associate at McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, since 1999. Ms. Lanza handles No-Fault insurance matters from inception through trial, appearing in New York City courts and Nassau and Suffolk Counties. In addition, Ms. Lanza is involved in matters of personal injury defense, medical malpractice, contract law, real estate, wills and estate planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lanza was an attorney in the Office of General Counsel for New York Life Insurance Company. In that position, Ms. Lanza was in the Litigation Department, handling all the aspects of the litigation and discovery phases in numerous Life, Health, and Disability actions. In addition, Ms. Lanza was involved in defending multi-million-dollar class action lawsuits against New York Life.
