Lisa Annibale

Ms. Annibale has been an associate at McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC since 2025. Ms. Annibale handles No-Fault insurance matters from inception through trial. In addition, Ms. Annibale conducts examinations under oath of individuals suspected of defrauding insurance carriers and handles all aspects of complex litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Annibale practiced at other New York firms handling civil and criminal litigation in New York State and federal courts, including insurance defense and coverage issues. Most recently, Ms. Annibale was staff counsel for a large national insurance company where she supervised a team of attorneys in No-Fault insurance matters and conducted examinations under oath of medical providers and injured parties.  Ms. Annibale began her career at the Nassau County District Attorney’s office where she prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases with a focus on domestic violence matters.
