
Ms. Napoli has been with the Firm since 2014 focusing on matters of insurance defense litigation regarding medical provider’s eligibility under New York’s No-Fault Law and has litigated No-Fault matters from inception to trial, including discovery and motion practice. In addition, Ms. Napoli has conducted numerous examinations under oath of insureds to determine whether material misrepresentations were made in the procurement of the insurance policy and/or whether the loss was an intentional loss, staged to defraud insurance carriers.
Upon graduating law school Ms. Napoli practiced immigration law, with a focus on Asylum candidates. Prior to joining McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, PLLC, she had been an associate practicing insurance defense for approximately five years for some of the Nation’s largest insurers at other firms.
